Welcome to HUB CITY Dirt Drags, the ultimate Midwest destination for truck enthusiasts, vendors, and businesses! Whether you're promoting products, selling merchandise, or showcasing trucks, we have the perfect booth option for you.


HUB CITY Dirt Drags is committed to creating a safe, family-friendly, and inclusive event experience for all attendees, participants, and vendors. To ensure the integrity of our event, we have established the following vendor policies:

  • Vendors are prohibited from selling, promoting, or distributing any products containing mind-altering substances, including but not limited to CBD, THC, and other hemp-derived products.
  • The sale, display, or promotion of firearms, weapons, or weapon-related accessories is strictly prohibited.
  • Political materials, campaign promotions, or advocacy messaging of any kind are not permitted within the vendor area.


HUB CITY Dirt Drags reserves the right to deny or revoke vendor applications at our discretion, even after approval and payment processing. In such cases, the vendor fee will be refunded.


By submitting an application, vendors acknowledge and agree to comply with these policies. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the event without a refund.

  • Size: 20’ x 40’
  • Capacity: Space for 2-3 trucks alongside a vendor setup.*
  • Purpose: Ideal for selling merchandise, promoting services, or small-scale displays. 
  • Fee: $400 *

  • Size: 40’ x 60’
  • Capacity: Space for 4-5 trucks with a vendor area.*
  • Purpose: Accommodates larger displays, banners, or interactive setups.
  • Fee: $550*

  • Size: 40’ x 80’
  • Capacity: Space for up to 6 trucks and a larger vendor presence.*
  • Purpose: Give you the space you need to feature your Brand and make a statement. 
  • Fee: $750*

We value our vendors and believe strong partnerships start with the right setup. Our team is always willing to work with vendors to determine the best location on the grounds and the ideal booth size to help you succeed. Whether it’s visibility, traffic flow, or space needs, we’ll collaborate with you to find the setup that works best for your business and the overall event experience.

food Vending Space options

Food vendors play a big role in the Hub City experience, and for the 2026 season our food vendor lineup is already well established. That said, we’re always open to connecting with great vendors who feel like a strong fit for our events. If you’re truly interested in being considered as a food vendor for a future Hub City Dirt Drags event, please reach out by email so we can start a conversation and see if there’s an opportunity to work together.

  • Electricity Access| $50
  • Prime Location (e.g., near entrance or main stage)| Additional $250
  • On Site Camping $50 | for Vendors Only
  • Event Sponsor Booths |  Includes premium placement, advertising in promotional materials, and up to 6 truck spaces. Inquire directly for Partnership Opportunities.
